I am looking for information about my grandmother and her family in Lacedonia. Her name was Carmela (or Carmelinda) Quatrale. She left Italy in 1923 for America. Her father was Angelo Quatrale and he was forman on a sheep ranch. Her mother, Concetta Quintalliano, died on St. Lucy's Day in 1914.
Both Carmela's parents had been married before and had children from those marriages.
I have enjoyed the photos of the town on the web site. Molta Bella!!
